The service is friendly and helpful and the bungalows are clean and modern. The location is perfect - close to restaurants and bars but still quiet with many sunbeds on the beach. For my surprise there was a new swimming pool which was great as the weather was not good and the sea rather raugh (low season ONLY). I surely come back to this pleasant weekend escape." |

Just one thing, if you miss Malibou boat at Pae port(9:30 13:30), you have to take noraml boat requesting waiting for a long time and another long uncomprtable taxi trip.Resort and beach are so beautiful and was a great experience.Breakfast and other meals are nice andreasonable prices.Peaceful and nice." |
by Fantoni Davide Visit Date:August 6, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "A very nice place,the beach front bungalow basic but clean,we rent a quadand drive all around the island,we enjoyd ourselves a lot,only one problem,we have a child four years old,he doesn t eat Thai food,so I take with me everything to cook him pasta,one day I couldn t cook in the room, so I asked tostaff to cook spaghetti in their kitchenand they sayd that the restaurant was full and we have to wait,after one hourwe went away and made child eat somewhere else,we spend there a lot of money and it was not nice, in particularfor the child,anyway a nice stay, ko samet is really a nice island." |

He and all the staff are fine. The location is the best on the beach. Make sure you book a beach front room. The room reflects the price. Want perfection pay 12000BHT a night and stay at The Peninsula Bangkok!" |

Samed Cabana s rooms are fantastic and if not directly on the beach only a few feet away. They are clean, pleasant and have wonderful front porches. Staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant, which sits on the beach, was great. Try a Kebob for only 150 baht. I dont think you can find a better place for the money right on the beach." |

She did not mind picking up the phone right when you just asked her a question. She was not nice at all. Beach got full of tare. Nobody from the hotel seemed to care about it neither cleaned it... Until a few dozzen came to get their feet cleaned up." |
